There are 3 room types within the FlightSimExpo block:

• ●Signature: Best for those on a budget, offers classic Las Vegas style with sophisticated Hollywood-inspired décor for a comfortable Vegas stay.
• ●Luxe: Contemporary comfort meets thoughtful functionality in these rooms, renovated in 2020 and designed for convention guests. FlightSimExpo recommends this room option.
• ●Premier: The newest room type, featuring a plush bed and modern décor.

All room types include a mini refrigerator, blackout curtains, television, WiFi, and sweeping views. Make sure to request an airport view on your reservation for great planespotting right from your hotel room!

Resort Fees

The FlightSimExpo block includes a reduced resort fee of $35 per night. You will see the total room charge, including resort fee and taxes, when booking your room.

All FlightSimExpo attendees enjoy free parking at the Westgate. View our Venue & Parking page for driving directions and parking information.

Deposit

Reservations at the Westgate require a one-night advance deposit per room, plus tax. All advance reservations and deposits are completely refundable if canceled 72 hours prior to check-in.

For Guests Under 21

The hotel has confirmed that their 21+ check-in policy does not apply to guests booked through FlightSimExpo. Guests aged 18-20 who use our booking link to stay within the FlightSimExpo contracted block will be permitted to stay unaccompanied.
